SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Expertise in Json, Java and Javascript coding languages
- Experience in ServiceNow-based custom app development or similar
- Experience in enterprise Risk and Compliance and Integrated Risk Management
- Experience in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Experience in integration with, REST API, NOW API, and SAP.
- Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes and Widgets
- Experience in integrating complex business information and technical requirements
- Knowhow in technical governance and streamlining existing solutions
- Experience with ITIL™ V4 Foundation
- Experience with Agile Methodology
