The role helps prepare materials, assist with cast procedures, manage follow up appointments, and maintain smooth plaster room operations to ensure timely care and a positive patient experience.

. Assist in cast application and removal

. Manage plaster room supplies and equipment

. Provide basic patient assistance and communication
