JW appreciates those who have a positive outlook and motivating attitude while being able to maintain clear personal boundaries. Best suited is someone with a patient, compassionate approach as well as clear communication; mindful of your words and actions and self-aware as well as observant of someone’s body language and unspoken communication. A motivating style and ability to bring ideas, small or large, for things to do at home and out in community. JW finds large groups overwhelming and needs her worker to be attentive to when she is becoming uncomfortable. JW Indigenous and proud of her culture. She is not interested in educating but expects anyone working with her to be respectful of her Indigenous culture. She has great humour and appreciates humour from others as well as kindness and engagement.
