3PL Key User – Contract (12‑Month)

Location: 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge (Onsite) – Employment Type: Contract (12 months) – Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm – Pay: $60–65k.

Responsibilities

• Enable business process alignment, interface design, and solution design.
• Contribute to detailed solution design and help resolve business process issues efficiently.
• Capture, qualify, and relay users’ needs to improve solution adoption and satisfaction.
• Support the definition of change requests and business requirements to adjust the ERP solution.
• Support design of SAP Middleware 3PL / Portal interfaces.
• Validate order, fulfillment, inventory, receipt, and related logistics integration flows; identify mapping gaps and support resolution with business and IT stakeholders.
