As the Campus Security Officer, you will:
+ Complete all required training and maintain all required certification(s) for all aspects of security protection
+ Respond to on-site emergencies
+ Maintain effective campus access controls
+ Continuously maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license (permitting operation in New York State)
+ Continuously maintain all licenses, certifications and other authorizations required under applicable laws, rules and regulations (federal, state, local and other) to carry out the duties of Security Officer
+ Operate computers and other equipment to the extent but not limited to writing reports, sending/receiving email communications, operation computer-based surveillance and intrusion detection systems, access control platforms, protection devices, fire protection and suppression platforms and patrol tour reporting systems
