Review and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring legal compliance, providing advice on risks, and supporting logistics operations with strong analytical skills.

Responsible for site supervision, project execution, team management, and ensuring quality delivery in MEP and maintenance projects with strong communication skills.

Design, install, and troubleshoot ELV systems including CCTV and Access Control; SIRA certification and strong technical knowledge required.
