To maintain the complex Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems, associated controls and any other related equipment in projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the service and maintenance of the various types of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment under the contracts.
• Execute installation works of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment as and when required.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections.
• Attend shift working when required.
• Maintain a good working relationship and proper coordination with team members.
• Suggest improvements in PPM task sheets.
• Maintain proper coordination with the client.

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years in FM Industry in UAE.
