Job Description

As Account Director, you will play a lead role in delivering our Performance with Integrity ambition across OMD's clients. You will lead the creation of market leading ideas for our clients. You will be highly competent in digital and traditional media channels, along with the data and technology requirements to deliver market leading work. You will challenge and develop your direct reports to enable them to be the best they can be.
What you'll do:
Lead the team in the use of the OMD planning process to create the media idea and implementation

Play a key role in strategic development workshops (client and Media Owner)

Ensure in-depth assessment of all communication options, using media research tools, delivers innovative insights

Collaborate with and share information with all stakeholders, including external agency partners
