- Handling full set of accounts, carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation including tax filing Form C/C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, yearly financial report, or assist in monthly/annual budgeting and planning process.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing mail, issuing invoices, collections etc. Carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as accounts receivable, claims or other accounting/admin tasks.
- Handle inventory including stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle emails, product registration, tenders, audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Undertake special assignments and perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in related field
