Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
- Quarterly GST preparation
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
- Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
- In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Any others ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
- Resourceful , self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently with initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively work with customers, ability to converse in dialects will be an advant...
