The Design & Strategy function provides programmatic leadership in the areas of evolving the Community platform, advice and approaches to Human Resources policy development, as well as the definition of strategies in engaging with Birches Group client groups and stakeholders. These integrated functions are central to advancing Birches Group’s mission, positioning Community as a leading, innovative framework for workforce and workplace management.
The Account Management Assistant plays a critical support role within the IO-Bilateral Engagement function, executing a range of services to ensure seamless coordination and reliable documentation in the management of Birches Group’s client portfolios in the IO sector.
