About the Role
The Account Management Specialist manages a portfolio of strategic and enterprise merchants, driving long-term growth, retention, and product adoption across accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, the specialist develops account strategies, identifies revenue opportunities, and delivers data‑driven recommendations that maximize merchant performance and business outcomes. The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills, and is expected to operate independently, lead strategic merchant conversations, influence decision‑making, and drive adoption of Tabby’s full product suite.
