Job Description
The role of the Account Manager is to study signed customer contracts, to build project plans specifically relating to that contract, manage the project, identify growth & solution opportunities, explore the opportunities of contract renewal and to ensure that contracts are properly closed‑out. The role further requires the optimizing of individual and team performance.
With a starting Cost to Company of between R30 000 – R40 000 per month, we’re searching for people who value strategic planning, problem‑solving, customer satisfaction and working in an innovative environment. Is that you?
Responsibilities
- Engaging with the customer and conducting a scoping session
- Preparation of the data and briefing of the scanner in terms of supported duties
- Receiving the Scanner input and managing the data accordingly
