Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversees the conceptualization of projects;
- Monitor the working budget cascaded from the AE.
- Helps develop and monitors project timeline;
- Oversee client servicing throughout the production process;
- Monitors supplier sourcing and team manpower acquisition;
- Oversee activation or event proper management;
- Oversee fieldwork for project planning and operations;
- Monitor project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Communicate with the designed account executive to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collate and review reports, project documentation and analysis as needed. Making sure all reports are accurate and aligned.
