Job Description
You’ll manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts, handling escalations, cancellations, and customer complaints while ensuring shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support that exceeds expectations. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the shop success checklist is consistently applied across all Key Accounts.
The Account Management team is at the heart of the organization, championing relationships with key accounts and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The team is distributed across multiple company locations. This role reports to the Account Management Team Lead.
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a B2B or marketplace environment (experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred)
