Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate service and support. Day-to-day tasks include handling new business inquiries, preparing quotes, processing renewals and policy changes, and responding to coverage questions. The role involves working closely with insurance carriers, maintaining detailed client records, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve coverage or reduce risk. The Account Manager also supports claims reporting, follows up on outstanding documentation, and contributes to a positive client experience through professional communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodbridge, ON.

Qualifications
