Job Mandate
This position is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met. Strong interpersonal skills with a high capacity to liaise with various external and internal offices. Demonstrated ability to plan and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Must be detail oriented with superior follow through capabilities. Highly customer-focused and results-oriented. Must have influence and negotiation skills. Must demonstrate strong problem solving approach. Willing to work long hours and to travel in different locations.

Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
