We require a Account Support Coordinator to join us on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, at our clients' site in Milton Keynes.
The primary focus of this role is to manage the high volume of quotes and estimates generated by the client, reducing demand through proactive customer engagement and effective communication.
You will support the Account Manager in the delivery of the agreed contract, ensuring service performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
