Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for clients, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial statements.
- Assist clients with tax preparation and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
- Prepare and process payroll for clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
