Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and compliant financial records in line with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare journals and complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including preparation of group financial statements
- Accounting for share capital transactions and share schemes, including equity reconciliations
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and qualified CA/CPA Accountant
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance functions within FMCG, Consumer Goods or Health Products (Desirable)
- Experience working within an NZX listed company would be advantageous
- Audit experience
- Understanding of NZIFRS accounting standards
