The accountant will work together with the ASEAN Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Philippines business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering timely reports and analysis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with ASEAN Finance team and Asia Shared Service Centre (ASSC) closely to ensure the financial record is maintained correctly and timely included :
- Ensure Revenue and Cost are recorded correctly, and intercompany billings are performed. Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.
- Support Intercompany transactions for Philippines incl. agreements, invoicing, resolving mismatches and cash settlements.
- Review Balance Sheet items and ensure reconciliation is performed timely.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and best practices and maintain a strong system of internal controls.
