Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records
- Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment application
- Assist with order desk, system entry, payroll, and month‑end activities
- Maintain and organize the office filing system
- Provide front‑office support for customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support, with emphasis on accounts payable
- Knowledge of accounting and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with Finance and Office Manager
