Job Description

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the integrity of financial data and the efficiency of the department's daily operations. This role moves beyond data entry into financial stewardship, ensuring that all fiscal activities - from payroll to tax compliance - adhere to GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements are accurate and timely.
• Establish and monitor robust internal control policies to prevent fraud and errors. Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual reviews.
• Maintain the accuracy of the chart of accounts and ensure all subsidiary ledgers sync correctly with the general ledger.
