Accounting Manager

An established and rapidly growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the next phase of its growth. This is a leadership-focused opportunity with a meaningful book of business, strong internal structure, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

The Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, while leading a dedicated team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership and oversight of client engagements from planning through delivery
• Leadership and development of a team
• Running and/or contributing to daily morning meetings
• Participation in quarterly projects and firm initiatives
• Ensuring client deadlines are met in a well-planned, structured environment
• Maintaining service excellence in a fast-paced but well-organized practice
