Accounting Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee accounting operations for the parent company and its holding entities
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS)
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Coordinate with internal teams and support audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong background in financial reporting and general accounting
• Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
