Job Description
Leadership Role (Superintendent)
- General Leadership and managerial aspects:
- Sets short term section goals objectives based on Annual Departmental/Section target & KPI
- Monitor progress & lead execution progress to ensure goals are achieved on time and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures at section Level.
- Drive change Implementation as required to optimize operations, proactively align and strengthen operations efforts, systems, and personnel. Drive for continual improvement.
- Builds and maintains good relationships and alignment with departments internally (for services team: with external parties or agencies).
Organization and People Management:
- Provide input for section manpower planning by identifying critical area to cover.
- Retain employee especially critical people.
- Communicate with employee 6 weeks before employee's contract ends and communicate with leaders.
