Accounting Supervisor – Team Lead & Compliance Oversight

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Accounting Supervisor who can lead a small team, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. You will oversee daily accounting operations, review compliance reports prepared by staff, and help drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both hands‑on review work and team coordination.

• Supervise accounting assistants and encoders to ensure accurate and timely output
