Account & Project Manager (Gerente de Cuentas y Proyectos) – region Leon, Burgos, Palencia, Spain
Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt to project completion.
Act as the liaison between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
Be the expert in the placement and installation of our UFO units.
Coordinate with the sales manager to arrange deliveries and schedules.
Understand customer needs and advise on the best product mix.
Conduct site visits when necessary and maintain close contact with customers.
Check availability and manage the logistic process.
Communicate system locations, expectations and requirements with site managers.
