We are partnering with a well-established and growing residential development company seeking a Developer Assistant to support its Real Estate Development team. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing documentation, tracking budgets, and supporting development operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide administrative and operational support to the Development team.

+ Assist with the vendor bidding process, including preparing bid packages, distributing plans, and tracking responses.

+ Maintain project spreadsheets and support budget and payment tracking activities.

+ Coordinate vendor contracts and related documentation.

+ Process invoices and support accounts payable activities related to land development projects.

+ Assist with reporting, project coordination, and other special projects as needed...
