Overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our manufacturing facility in Mississauga. This position is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records.

What will you do?

Daily Banking and Cash Management

• Verify cheque details, deposit cheques using online or branch services, and maintain digital and physical cheque backups.
• Monitor payment status in the accounting system (Macola) and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Escalate unresolved payment issues to the Controller.
