About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. You will process supplier invoices, manage employee reimbursements, support month‑end reporting, and contribute to CAPEX tracking. The role also offers the opportunity to identify and support continuous process improvements. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and capable individual who can strengthen our finance function and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
- Attend to vendor queries.
- Perform reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations.
- Administer employee reimbursements.
- Maintain claims systems (e.g., adding new employee master or variables).
