- Train users and document operational procedures.
- Participate in functional testing (UAT) and development validations.
- Propose and implement improvements and automation in AP processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Actively participate in projects assigned to the AP area.
