We’re hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team!

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
• Assist with employee reimbursements and corporate card reconciliations
• Provide occasional support to Accounts Receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts payable or related finance role
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Keen eye for detail, organised, and a team player
• On-site role at our Angono office
