Accounts Receivable Representative II

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Rep II position at AmTrust Financial, a multi-national insurance holding company, will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Accounts Receivable function within Accounting Operations. This role encompasses automatic payment processing, Pay As You Owe (PAYO), premium refunds processing, Agency Billed and Direct Billed Payments inquiries, and Commissions. The Accounts Receivable Rep II will be assigned multiple administrative duties within these units to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate servicing of policies.

Responsibilities

1. Ensures successful processing of insurance premium payments.

2. Generates premium refund batches for multiple policy types.

3. Reviews and issues premium refunds in a specified timeframe.
