Activities Coordinator - Ashford House Nursing Home

Ashford House Nursing Home is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and innovative person to join our Activities Team.

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement a stimulating, person-centred activities programme, providing both group and individual activities that support the recreational, social and leisure needs of our residents while promoting enjoyment, engagement and overall wellbeing.

Experience in organising activities and programmes such as Sonas, Imagination Gym and similar dementia-focused activities would be beneficial.

• Work well as part of a team
• Have good communication and organisational skills
• Promote resident choice, independence and participation
