Job Description

  • Office Administration: Manage the physical office environment, including equipment maintenance and supply procurement.
  • Budgeting: Oversee the annual budget for office supplies and corporate events.
  • Information Management: Organized filing systems for all physical and digital records, plans, and documents.
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for office staff and Bikers.
  • Operational Support (BAU): Direct daily operations such as data entry, ID production, kit assembly, and equipment distribution.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and audit stock levels for general supplies, company assets, and Biker kits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related course
  • 2 years of related working experience
  • Good Communication skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
