As an ADMIN SUPPORT ASSISTANT, you are expected to render your services with the assigned department including but not limited to the following:
· Lay outs the schedule of drivers and trips
· Receive and answer any concerns with regard to shuttle service
· POC for drivers and Carelon associates
· Encode/monitor transport issues
