What you will do


  • Manage administrative support to senior management level.

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and support execution of management meetings, organizational meetings, events, and similar activities.

  • Support preparation and follow‑up of meetings, presentations, and reports.

  • Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge).

  • Assist with HR‑related administrative tasks, including onboarding activities and handling confidential employee information and documentation.

  • Assist in organizing and supporting trade fairs, exhibitions, and on‑site events.

  • Travel planning and management

  • Lead as a key contact within the Site Administration Network

  • Support financial and cost-related administration.
