JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inquire regarding equipment and roughing-in materials from existing suppliers that will be utilized for projects.
  • Communicating with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, delivery costs and any modifications.
  • Analyzing purchase expenses to find opportunities for savings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and prices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Taking up Office Administration or any business course.
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • With good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • With On-the-Job Allowance.
