Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help convert inbound leads into enrollments for our online tutoring programs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
- Understand parent/student requirements, including grade, subject, curriculum, and academic concerns.
- Explain our tutoring programs, pricing, class structure, tutor matching process, and trial class options.
- Follow up with interested leads consistently and professionally.
- Handle basic objections and guide parents toward enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the admissions/support team for smooth onboarding.
- Meet daily follow-up and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
