Liquid Personnel is recruiting anAdult Social Worker to join it client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Leeds.


What will your responsibilities be?


In this role, you will,

  • Assess and plan care for individuals with learning disabilities

  • Promote independence and community inclusion

  • Collaborate with families and professionals

  • Safeguard vulnerable individuals

  • Provide emotional support and crisis management

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
