About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join an Area Team based in Worcestershire. In this role, you will work with adults across the life course who require care and support due to physical disabilities and/or mental or physical ill health.

You will be expected to apply a strengths-based approach using the Three Conversations Model. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and have experience managing complex cases and situations.

This role requires a high level of skill in:

A thorough understanding of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is essential.
