Key Responsibilities:
Performance Engineering Leadership
Provide technical leadership in performance testing, workload modeling, performance tuning, and non-functional requirement validation. Lead hands-on performance engagements including scenario creation, script development, execution, and analysis. Apply strong expertise in TrueClient protocol , ensuring accurate browser-based performance validation. Utilize experience with Oracle NCA, Citrix, RDP, and SAP Web protocols for complex enterprise systems. Drive performance baselining, workload modeling, and shift-left performance practices across teams. Contribute to performance engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices.
