What you will do
Serve as the technical leader on the business team by:
Mentoring less experienced engineers on design practices, unit health monitoring, and troubleshooting Provide off-hours support of abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit Turnarounds Aiding in the development of long term vision and strategy for product line improvements Organizing and designing plant testing and product trials Serve as a senior resource either serving as or working with supervisors on the team to set clear objectives, and ensure priorities are aligned for the technical team Influence others and drive toward solutions without direct authority Work in a team environment with other engineering disciplines, operations, and mechanical personnel and interface with corporate technology support Ability to interface with 3rd party vendors (cost optimizations as well as developing/driving solut...
