Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Plastics (Tequisquiapan)

Job Responsibilities

• Specify, develop, validate and install new equipment and tools.
• Lead the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes for an assigned area.
• Utilize project management skills to plan and execute assigned projects; manage budget as required.
• Understand and lead safety / ergonomic requirements.
• Implement manufacturing system best practices and common systems globally.
• Lead the implementation, support, and provide continuous improvement of lean and agile manufacturing systems.
• Estimate lead time and cost of capital equipment.
• Estimate lead time and cost of tooling, molds, and special equipment.
• Develop common manufacturing systems for general implementation.
• Develop, specify, validate and install new equipment and tools globally.
• Communicate with all stakeholders, supervisors, engineers, and skilled trades to meet customer needs.
