Lead large‑scale AEM technical requirements
Support any new business development activities or RFPs
Technical grooming for functional stories and create tech design documentation for the development team
Provide platform governance and operational guidelines following best practices in a multi‑tenant environment
Support development team in designing and troubleshooting any environment issues
Impact analysis and effort estimations on change requests
Assess work effort for time‑to‑complete estimates
