Job Title: Industrial Skills Assessor

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr

Schedule: Flexible availability required for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Hours: Approximately 32 hours/week, depending on client demand

Location: Everett to Puyallup, WA geographic area

Duration: 3-month assignment

Requirement: Per Boeing policy, candidates must hold U.S. Person status

Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Skills Assessor to support aerospace industry courseware evaluations. This role works with the Instructor Resource Management team to assess hands-on and theoretical skill evaluations for client training programs. The ideal candidate will have aerospace production knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to accurately track attendance and grades.
