Afternoon Shift Warehouse Supervisor — Training & Growth

Lineage is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Mosgiel facility to oversee the afternoon shift, leading a team of up to 12–15 staff from 3:30pm in peak season and 1:30pm in winter. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient operations, process improvements, and customer-focused service.

You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management while fostering a supportive, safety-first culture.
