We are currently working closely with a franchised dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to oversee the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a main dealer in excellent facilities. Reporting in to the General Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive superb levels of service, in line with brand expectations. You will oversee all of the front-of-house team including up to Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration team, drivers etc.

As an Aftersales Manager will require someone who is passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, who can mentor and coach their team on a daily basis, and be proactive to ensure the department anticipates the needs and demands of customer’s.
