Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Shop Foreman/Forewoman to join our client's energetic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the coordination and direction of the Ag Service Department workload, ensuring efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduling, assignment, and prioritization of work in the service department.
- Act as the first point of contact for technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review repair work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with technicians to ensure jobs progress appropriately, maximizing efficiency.
- Provide backup support for the Service Manager during peak seasons or their absence, including on-call duties.
